According to the townhouse in Dolores the water in Casa Familia is possible to drink But we dont recommend it. You are most likely not used to local bacterias and it is not worth risking your vacation. In the big kitchen in the main house you will find one large tap and a smaller thinner tap. The smaller tap is connected to a filter and that is drinking water. Use this water for cooking and drinking to make sure not to get any bacterias.
By connectiong to the wifi you will get access to alot of features.

The TV has a Google Chromecast that allows you to stream content to the screen. Just log on to the Wifi and then cast any content to the TV.
Calling any authorities is most often hard due to language barriers and your own local knowledge. just citing the adress might not be enough. That is why we have a panic telephone installed in the hallway. It is a white box that can be lifted down from the wall. It must be within Wifi range so dont move it further away then the pool house. If you have any situation that needs assistance lift the phone and speak english.
The house has a beautiful night scenery. There are a few things to know to make sure you can experience the night lights.
- In the pool house the “night sensor” needs to be set to “A” this activates the Garden Lights.
Then it is activated by the lightswitch in the kitchen marked with “XX” - The black remote control activates the rest of the lights.

Scenery 4: Something - The Orange remote control in the kitchen will turn on the pool light.
- The Barbeque lights are activated on the right or the left side of the barbeque.
The house has a powerful outdoor stereo. This stereo should be used with respect of the neighbours and time of the day. the PA system is locked in the garage and it is not allowed to alter the main volume. it is possible to connect the piano and the microphones to the system. you can also play saxophone or guitar.
In the kitchen there is a projector that can be used in front of the pool. there is a white blanket in the garage and a thick plastic pole that can be stuck in the blanket. to add weight the screen. use the extension cord to get elextricity to the center of the patio. stream any content from your phones through the samsung app.
ISSUES
Here you will find all neccesary information if something happens. This information is not needed until you are having an issue. you do not need to read this before arriving.
If you have any issues with the Electricity you should check these points accordingly:
- In the laundryroom there are two main fuses seperated from the rest. these should be in an upright position. If it flips down try to turn of all other fuses and then turn the main fuses upwards. If its not possible contact me.
Local oranges for breakfast - All other fuses should be in an upright position. if you fail to push one of them up there is an electrical issue in one area of the house. This can be investigated by searching for lights that doesnt work.
- If there is no power in the house there is a fuse in the street outside the gate. This fuse can be accessed with the plastic wrench in the key-cabinet alongside a key to the padlock. The fuse box can be found in the wall a few metres from the gate.
- The smaller guest house has their own set of fuses. These fuses are on the right hand side when entering the small house in the kitchen. same rules apply for this house as for point 1 & 2.

If you wake up and the whole garden is below water, dont be afraid. Once every second week the lawn is watered. this is a common process in this area and whitout the watering system the garden would have been a desert.
